The general forestry skills programme is aimed at rehabilitating and maintaining forests that provide materials for the fibre processing and manufacturing sectors. Other sectors (eg. Agriculture, Tourism, Water & Energy, Pharmaceutical, etc.) that depend on indigenous forests for commercial purposes can also benefit from this short skills programme.
