Life Retreat Studio is situated on the picturesque Lourensford Estate in The Western Cape is the perfect place to exercise. We are open seven days a week, and we offer numerous classes throughout the day. Our primary focus is on Yoga Classes, but we also offer Zumba, Nia Dancing, Tai Chi, Pilates, Ballet Barre and Self Defence. Our Studio is fresh, clean and sanitized, with fresh air pouring through our windows daily. The gardens and view are spectacular, and as you drive in, you begin to unwind. Private Classes either in the Studio or at your home, are available on request. We also offer private consultations, online yoga and meditation classes. We also have Herbal Medicine making masterclasses and retreats.
